(Note: it is recommended to deliver fresh bouquets while they are still fresh and vibrant, within two days of the event date. Please keep the flowers in water at all times, and wrap the stems in moist paper towels during transport.)

Terms and Conditions for Epoxy Resin Preservation at Nicole Friedman Studio


Thank you for choosing Nicole Friedman Studio to preserve your bouquet/chuppah glass/ or other keepsake. Before we proceed, I’d like to share a few details about the process:


1. Timeline: The preservation process takes time to ensure the best possible results. The drying stage for fresh flowers typically lasts around 2-3 weeks, after which I’ll reach out to discuss the layout and design details. The actual resin preservation process takes about 1 week, although there may be a wait before I start the design, depending on the number of projects I have in the queue. . Altogether, you can expect your finished piece to be ready within approximately 2-3 months. Smaller items like chuppah glass mezuzot will be ready faster.


2. Resin and Yellowing: While I use high-quality, yellowing-resistant resin, all resin can develop an amber tint over time. To keep your preservation looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, as this can speed up any color changes.


3. Flower Preservation: Flowers naturally change in color and texture as they dry. I use silica gel to preserve them as closely as possible to their original look, but slight variations are part of the process.


4. Handmade Craftsmanship: I treat your item with the utmost care, as if it was my own. However, since this is a handmade piece, it won’t be “factory perfect.” Small air bubbles may appear in the resin, but I take great care to minimize them by pouring in layers and using tools like a heat gun.


5.  Payment and Pickup: A 50% deposit is due at the time of the item dropoff, and the remaining balance is due when the artwork is complete. Please arrange pickup of your finished piece (or request delivery) within two weeks of the piece being ready. After two weeks, a 100 shekel weekly storage fee will be charged.
